About us
We are a small family-owned construction firm - but small in size doesn't mean small in capability. Because we operate with low overhead, we deliver excellent results at an exceptional value.
President
Trained as a union carpenter in the late 1970s, Steve spent much of the 1980s on large commercial buildings like the Tampa City Center. In 1994 he took his experience as a seasoned superintendent in commercial, industrial and residential construction and started Bay Area Constructors, Inc.
Project Manager
A degreed engineer with over 15 years of experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and critical-path projects, Justin joined the family business in 2024. He manages budgets and schedules - and it's not uncommon to see him working hand in glove with the subcontractors.
